Steps for fixing a paper jam on the HP DeskJet 3634 printer:
Remove jammed paper from all areas of the printer.
Make sure the carriage can move freely.
Use the printer's automated tool to clean the paper rollers.
Clean the ink smears.
Manually clean the paper pick rollers with a dampened cloth.
Reset the printer.
